With the NSW Govt lifting the holiday travel restriction from June 1, our team is very excited to welcome our guests back to the Hunter Valley. We wanted to share with you the steps we are taking to ensure our properties are clean and sanitised for your safety.
In addition to our normal cleaning routine for every new stay, we are disinfecting all high touch areas including door knobs, remote controls, light switches, taps, handles/latches and benches etc.
All our linen is professionally laundered and is fresh for every single booking (including tea towels and bathroom linen). This process includes either ironing at 200 deg Celsius, or 190 deg Celsius in a dryer.
Please also note that on average, our properties are vacant for 5 days between bookings (sometimes longer).
We have implemented the following Australian government advice for our staff and recommend our guests follow the same advice.
