For larger groups, two of our most popular function venues in the Hunter Valley are Woolshed Hill Estate and Verona Vineyard Estate. The former is a beautiful estate, typical of the region, boasting 12 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. With twin share rooms and sofa beds, up to 19 overnight guests can be comfortably accommodated in individual beds at Woolshed Hill Estate. Onsite facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court, and a private golf course, making this venue the perfect choice for team building activities.


Verona Vineyard Estate, which is comprised of Verona House and Verona Vineyard Cottage, can accommodate as many as 30 guests in twin share and private rooms. With the largest private swimming pool in the valley and a number of spacious living areas both inside and out, it is the perfect Hunter Valley conference venue for companies who believe that business and pleasure most certainly can be mixed! This estate is also home to the Small Winemakers Centre and Epicure Café, so there is no need to go offsite in search of refreshments.
