Pistachio & Labneh Dip with Garlic Turkish Bread

Prep time: 10 mins (plus overnight to make Labneh) || Cook time: 6 mins || Serves: 10

Ingredients

1kg Greek yoghurt

1 1/2 cups (225g) pistachios, plus extra chopped to serve

1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, toasted

3 garlic cloves, crushed

1/4 bunch dill, fronds picked, plus extra fronds to serve

1/2 bunch mint, leaves picked, plus extra leaves to serve

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

1/3 cup (80ml) extra virgin olive oil

1 loaf Turkish bread, halved lengthways

Winemaker Ian Little spent years of his childhood in Argentina and has returned many times since to explore its wine regions. So when Ian & Suzanne decided to have some fun with a new label the signature varieties of Argentina were always the natural choice.

A fabulous blend of Cabernet, Petit Verdot and Malbec the big, lavish fruit flavours and soft velvety tannins make this a fantastic drink. Full of generous flavours and sumptuous depth this is a wine built for red meat and aged hard cheeses.

Tim Tam Mudslide Ice Cream Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 litre tub good-quality vanilla ice-cream

2 x 191g packets Arnott’s Tim Tam Chocolicious Velvet Mudslide

250g cream cheese, chopped, at room temperature

1⁄3 cup icing sugar mixture

200g dark cooking chocolate, chopped

1⁄2 cup pure cream

METHOD

Grease a large, deep loaf pan (base measures 11.5cm x 20cm x 9cm deep). Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 5cm above pan edges.
